Originally from Florida, Dan and his family moved to Wilmington in 2005 with a job transfer. His boss at the time said, “You just landed the golden egg!” and boy, was he correct! Dan’s family fell in love with the community. Wilmington has a small-town feel with the big city life. The area has some of the best dining options in the US, relaxing beach life, and a great riverfront downtown.
After a successful career in the retail drug industry, and having a passion for serving and helping others, he decided to start a second career in real estate. Dan is a proud member of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage and The Buddy Blake team, both of which carry the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service.
Dan and his wife, Lu Ann have five children and four beautiful granddaughters. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, and traveling the world.
