Michael moved to Wilmington in 1998 after enjoying his career as a police lieutenant in Northern California. Operating three successful businesses in Historic downtown Wilmington allowed him to really appreciate the community diversity, uniqueness and friendly atmosphere of one of the most beautiful cities on the East coast. Although he enjoys gardening and cooking in his off-time, his true passion is building relationships with people. Michael has never met a stranger. Whether buying or selling, Michael focuses on his clients and provides them with a process that is effortless, stress-free and “fun”.
